At Peaceful Passages EOL Doula Services, we create space for peace of mind for individuals and their families though emotional, educational, and spiritual support.
I am available through all transition stages, from notice of a terminal illness through the dying and death process. I provide practical, personalized support by protection and honoring a dying individual’s personal experience and important choices while helping family members cope and navigate the road ahead.
*Our doula services are not covered by insurance providers at this time.
Plans
Free Consultation
Through our complimentary consultation, we will discuss your situation and the support needed for your family and loved ones. There is no obligation to use our services after the initial virtual or phone consultation. When you are ready to move forward, we will begin with our first of two meetings. I offer unique, customizable packages depending on your specific needs. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Package A: $150
2 meetings, 1-2 hours each.
Each package begins with a face-to-face or virtual consultation.
First meeting to discuss the family and dying individual’s values and vision for end-of-life options and assistance needed.
Second meeting will review personalized proposals and a plan to move forward with the package.
There is no obligation to purchase additional time after these meetings. When you are ready to move forward, we will begin.
Package B: $600-800
Around 8 visits, 1-2 hours each.
Provide client support including healthcare navigation.
Provide Advance Care Planning document education and assistance (advanced directives/living wills, etc).
Facilitate life review and meaning centered exercises.
Help develop and create Legacy Project(s). All materials are paid for by the client.
Deliver a Legacy Project in the agreed format.
Explore and create rituals and vigil planning.
Provide a personal vigil plan for the participants, honoring vision and dreams.
Initiate and oversee the utilization of a vigil plan when the active transition process begins.
Assist in coordination of referrals to appropriate community-based services.
Education on the dying process including signs and symptoms through end of life.
Educate and facilitate discussion of death, dying, and bereavement to children in the family.
Hold space for the dying and their family, provide a neutral place to share a range of emotions.
Phone/text support throughout the actively dying process.
In-person support at time of death.
Gather with the family after death to reprocess and provide grief support.
Individualized Packages-$75 per hour
I offer customized packages based at an hourly rate. I understand that every individual and family has a unique situation. That’s why services are tailored with any combination of the above-mentioned services as well as from the “Services Provided List” below, with an agreed-upon price before we begin. Packages can be given as a gift, and bereavement care can be included.

Assistance with making a client more comfortable with music; aromatherapy; guided meditation for relief of stress and discomfort.

Emotional and spiritual care and support; non-medical advocacy.

Companionship for the person who is dying.

Respite for loved ones.

Light housekeeping; preparation of meals or setting up meal deliveries; completing errands.

Accompaniment to medical appointments.

Making a memory book; life review; legacy projects.

Guiding the transition process from life to death and into grief and bereavement.

Assistance related to family communications surrounding the impending transition.

Sitting vigil-being at the bedside, holding space in the final days and hours.

Planning a living vigil-assisting in the design of a personal plan for the final days and hours.

Knowledge of local resources regarding traditional cemeteries, home funerals, and ecologically friendly green burials.

Officiating a memorial service.
*I provide impromptu end-of-life doula and legacy support. Emergent services, such as responding to a hospital for sudden illness or injury, are also available for comfort and vigil assistance. These can be billed at the hourly rate for the hours of service provided.
